I want to explore squat the Rice house so bad! Here’s hoping Phil found left a door unlocked for me.rvanews:

One of Richmond’s most subtle and less-known islands is actually a hotbed of history and mystery. We take a look at both of these attributes to get you excited for an upcoming tour sponsored by the Valentine that will give us all a closer look at this little rock of land.

What’s Your Deal? - Promo from the RVA Music Fest

Sooo stoked to finally get this out there, a teaser announcing the project I’ve been working with Dirty Richmond on for the past few months. We’ve got a ton of content coming your way. So glad to use the amazing backdrop of the RVA Music fest for one of our features, the weekend was so great, and reinforced what I love about Richmond. Congrats to Tony and his crew for all their hard work. More to come from the RVA Music fest, and the other events we’ve been visiting all summer.

Dirty Richmond and Hit Play Productions team up to bring you What’s Your Deal?, a fashion series that asks Richmonder’s that question. This is a promo from the footage we got at the amazing RVA Music Fest. A longer feature is to come.

Great lunch with friends new and old. Good times with Peter, Marisa & Tess in the beautiful confines of the CBB. I think I need to work a bit more smile into my usual smirk. Just a bit… wanderlustandtethers:

Veteran Tumblr users: no finer folks in the world to share a plate of pickled veggies with.  Hugel joined us as PWW and wanderlustandtethers dropped in for a visit to Tumblr Richmond (from New York and Austin, respectively). We lunched downstairs at Ejay Rin.

This was a wonderful final afternoon in Richmond. The weather was perfect and the bike ride from the Fan district into Manchester over the James River is beautiful. A pleasure to be seated across the table from two of Richmond’s finest.

“20 visions for transportation in RVA. 20 presentations consisting of 20 slides, 20 seconds a slide. This is the place to go to see some fresh ideas about how to move about in our city! May 3rd 5:30pm @ the Byrd Theater”

Important conversation about where our city will move as more Richmonders move back into the city!
