This Medium - Long Parka will keep you warm & dry and the ECWCS jacket (Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System) prominently features the Gore-Tex tag. The hood is great, and the zipper works smoothly. There are a few small spots on the inside where there are remnants of sticky residue I can't remove (I think it's tree sap), but it doesn’t affect the performance or impact your wearing.
